We have more than five decades of experience in the design and manufacture of all types of machine-room lifts in a wide variety of load capacities, travel distances and applications. Electric machine-room lifts are particularly suitable for high-rise buildings. They are also often used to replace old equipment in existing buildings that already have a lift machine room in place.

They are always supplied with a state-of-the-art variable-frequency permanent-magnet gearless drive system. Compared to earlier motors equipped with a reduction gear, gearless traction saves a great deal of energy and makes a big contribution to the sustainability rightly required nowadays in both new and existing buildings. On top of that, a gearless drive guarantees that lift operation is absolutely silent and vibration-free. Permanent-magnet gearless motors do not require lubrication, guarantee a cleaner environment and have practically unlimited durability with minimum maintenance.
