One of our specialities is the design and manufacture of inclined lifts – our corresponding EC certification number is 0062-LD-V-B-001-10/2007. Inclined lifts are a useful alternative to traditional escalators that cannot be used by people with reduced mobility.
Our inclined lifts, which can be supplied with or without a machine room, can transport a load of up to 2000Kg and travel at a speed of up to 1.6 m/s. This type of lift uses the same components as a traditional lift, which significantly simplifies assembly and maintenance; they all operate with gearless permanent-magnet synchronous motors that deliver exceptional ride comfort, quietness and smoothness of travel. The total elimination of oil use on the motor and on the guide rails results in much-reduced energy consumption, and clean and environmentally-friendly operation.
They are compatible with our entire range of lift cars, and can also be custom-designed and built, and equipped with extras such as glazed cars and other non-standard options. The drive system can be mounted above or below the car and the car can be fitted with front and side doors, and a single or double entrance configuration.
- Gearless drive: our inclined lifts provide great ride comfort, quiet and efficient operation and excellent stopping accuracy.
- Environmentally-friendly: the total elimination of oil use on the drive unit and on the guide rails significantly reduces energy consumption, making the system both clean and environmentally-friendly.
- Simple and straightforward maintenance: the use of the same components as on a standard lift means that our inclined lifts are easy to maintain and very reliable.
- Versatility: doors can be fitted on the front and on the sides of the lift car, the motor mounted above or below it and the entrance configuration can be single, double or triple.
